Virtual/Physically Distant Activities

With all the challenges and concerns surrounding COVID-19. we are working hard to offer our own virtual activities as well as create a list of resources with other activities as well.

Saturday’s @ 11:00

We have held weekly Saturday morning Zoom gatherings run by our Team Davis President, Robin. This is a great time to say hi to all of your friends and let us know what you’ve been up to. You can join in here:  

Tuesday’s @ 5:00

Our friend Elias from the Special Olympics Club @ UCD has been leading weekly workout sessions at help us all stay active. You can join in here:

Saturday’s @ 9:00 and Wednesday’s @ 7:00

Our master gardeners Peter and Ron have been using their green thumb to keep the Team Davis Garden flourishing. Stop on by and get some fresh fruits and veggies on Saturday’s and Wednesday’s. Please remember to bring a mask, scissors and a bag and practice social distancing. The garden is located just south of the UCD Domes.

DSIA Online Activities

The Down Syndrome Information Alliance has put on a variety of creative activities such as yoga, paint nights, book clubs, karaoke night and zumba. Take a look at what they have coming up here:


Coach Rohan started a hiking club to help folks get outside during COVID. Our first hike took place at the UC Davis Arboretum.
